Carefully handcrafted using whole, pesticide-free, and additive-free Yuzu harvested in winter from Kawanehon Town, Shizuoka—a remote mountain village known for its pristine air and pure water.

Our Yuzu is slow-dried using a gentle, low-temperature vacuum drying method that preserves its vibrant color, natural aroma, and refreshing citrus flavor. This meticulous process retains the fruit’s nutrients and delicate fragrance, delivering a truly authentic infusion experience. Rich in natural citric acid, Yuzu also helps reduce muscle fatigue and supports hydration, making it an ideal drink for both hot summers and dry winters.

Preparation & Tips

• Place one pack into 500ml of water or hot water and let it steep for at least 30 minutes.
• For summer: Brew with sparkling water as a refreshing citrus drink.
• For winter: Steep in hot water and add honey for a soothing Yuzu tea.
